    The core system includes microcomputer, PLC, servo feeding, AC inverter, vacuum adsorption, automatic gluing, automatic paper tape counting and chain transmission to ensure accurate positioning and smooth operation.

    📦 Feeding System

    Adopts servo-controlled feeding system, sensor detection system and vacuum suction technology.

    No need to adjust the distance or replace cams of different sizes, saving time in changing molds and achieving higher precision.

    Sensors detect and control the start and stop of feeding, and wider belts are used to replace loading and unloading components to ensure smooth feeding.

    Equipped with water-based adhesive (glue) supply device and motor-controlled gluing system.
