    Model Overview:

    The printing range is wide, producing vibrant colors, rich ink, strong three-dimensionality, and high opacity. It can print on single-sheet materials such as paper (gold and silver cardboard, transfer paper, whiteboard paper), corrugated paper, plastic sheets, and integrated ceiling PS plates with thicknesses ranging from 120g/m² to 1200g/m², including both monochrome and multi-color printing. It can also perform spot UV varnishing on printed materials. While meeting the screen printing needs of various inks and papers, this machine is particularly ideal for the overprinting of gold and silver colors in UV imitation metallic inks. Its main applications include decal printing for trademarks on ceramics, glass, enamelware, bicycles, sewing machines, furniture, lacquerware, and sporting goods. It is also suitable for printing on flexible paper boxes, cartons, promotional packaging, and for spot gluing and window decoration on gift boxes and other paper products, exceeding the requirements of other types of printing machines.

    2、Continuous paper transmission mode: Full servo 360 ° cycle intermittent feeding with adjustable speed operation, full photoelectric monitoring detection, automatic alarm and standby for broken sheets.
    3、Paper feeding positioning method: The stop gauge, side gauge, pull gauge, and push gauge can be adjusted slightly, and the tooth row can be accurately positioned twice. The circulating paper feeding accuracy is ≤ 0.05mm.
    4、Printing pressure method: SDA self-locking four cylinders independently adjust the pressure of the scraper and ink blade, with adjustable angles to flexibly control the thickness and clarity of ink scraping.
    5、Printing operation mode: servo motor power, adjustable stroke for printing pattern size, input the required stroke distance number on the touch screen.
    6、Registration and alignment method: The hanging screen device has three fine adjustment handles, allowing for easy manual adjustment of the screen in all directions, precise alignment of printed patterns, and pneumatic one click locking of the board.
    7、Screen loading and unloading method: One click arm lifting, loading and unloading, and cleaning of the screen are very convenient. The size of the screen can be adjusted and printed freely (universal for semi-automatic screen printing).
    8、Connect with any downstream equipment (UV curing machine, infrared drying machine, paper rack dryer, cold ironing machine, powder spreader) to form an automatic printing production line.

    Difference from drum type fully automatic screen printing machine:Paper feeding transmission method: The drum type fully automatic screen printing machine uses a drum biting method to drive the synchronous reciprocating movement of the paper feeding and the screen to complete printing, with the same screen size; This machine is a flat screen printing machine, with a chain driven toothed feeding method. It is combined with the screen printing division to complete printing. The feeding and printing speed, as well as the size stroke, are independently adjusted in a split type. The size screen printing is unlimited within the maximum specifications, saving the cost of unnecessary expenses for automated printing machines. Plate installation and alignment are convenient, and the size adjustment of the printing stroke is similar to the semi-automatic screen printing machine installation method. Simply adjust the alignment of the screen printing directly.
