- Automatic delivery unit for paper feeder.
- Automatic circulation, mixing and gluing system for hot melt glue.
- Hot melting adhesive paper gluing with automatic conveyor and automatic box placement with fiber registration; box supplying by online automatic corner tapping machine.
- The vacuum fully suction fan under conveyor belt can keep the gluing paper from deviating.
- The glued paper and cardboard inner box employ pneumatic rectifying device to spot correctly — the spotting error is ±0.5mm.

- Main shaft, mold stretch, wrapping, folding-in, and bubble pressing are all driven by double servo motors and cam boxes, guaranteeing quiet, stable operation and smooth mechanical process.
- Besides the cam for pressing the contingent bubble, there are 4 cylinders for additional bubble pressing, solving thicker paper and worse glue issues.
- Every process can be in Inching Mode synchronously, helping you observe production details and adjust to best parameters.
- Folding Corner Edge is up to 70mm as standard, or can be customized to 120mm — controlled by rails and cylinder, adjustable and precise.
- Vacuum fan to keep the box on the machine; tension can be adjusted according to box sizes.
- Controlled by PLC Panasonic with formulas memory system. Takes only 25 minutes to change to another box.
- Imported optical grating transducer protects the operator from operation injury.
