Equipment Introduction
Main transmission gears adopts servo drive, smooth operation, high stability, adapt to a variety of paper with different thickness, size and structure. Fold range between 10-90mm. Quadrilateral pressure foam parts with double guide rail and adjusting screw, accurate positioning, convenient debugging, high efficiency, and foaming air bubbles removing quadratic pressure. Quadrilateral pressure foam panel mounted with malposed installation, solved the problem of the different size box customized panel, save costs and time variable. Angle parts adopt guide rail positioning and activities spring, it's not easy to break the surface paper and box, adjustment convenient, more beautiful. Multi-function box making system can complete different shape boxes. Ejection device adopt cylinder synchronous operate mode, smooth operation, take off box system adopts automatic inside ventilation structure, simple structure, convenient debugging, can make smaller boxes.
