The YFM-B Semi-Automatic Laminator is a versatile machine designed for both thermal (glueless) and pre-glued film lamination. It integrates four core systems feeding, laminating, cutting, and paper collection/rewinding all managed by a programmable logic controller (PLC) and an intuitive touchscreen interface. Equipped with a built-in oil-heating system, the machine maintains precise and stable laminating temperature with excellent heat retention. Compact, highly automated, and user-friendly, the YFM-B is an efficient and reliable solution for medium to large-scale production environments.

1.An oil-free vacuum pump ensures clean and reliable automatic paper feeding.
2.The feeding system includes photoelectric and mechanical sensors to detect paper absence or breakage, triggering an automatic stop for machine protection.
3. Man-machine interface system: color touch screen simplifies the machine operation. On the touch screen, as long as the operator inputs paper size, overlap length and working speed etc., the machine can realize completely automated operation. And on touch screen, working status of the machine can be checked at any time.
4. An air aspirator and front guides on the conveying table ensure stable and accurate paper alignment and overlapping. 
5. High-precision chrome-plated heating rollers, equipped with an oil-based heating system, provide superior and adjustable temperature control for consistent lamination.
6. Hydraulic pressuring system provides automatically big and steady pressure to guarantee good laminating quality. 
7. An air expansion shaft ensures precise film release and allows for quick and easy loading and unloading of film rolls.
8. Combined with a braking mechanism, the shaft enables adjustable control over film release tension and speed.
9. A built-in film cutter trims the film to match the paper width, with remaining film neatly retained on the release spindle.
10. Film perforating wheel perforates film edge for the automatic cut of laminated paper.
11. Anti-curvature device: when going though the anti-curvature device, the laminated paper shall be leveled at once and won’t curve again after cut. 
12. Pneumatic cutting system realizes automatic paper cut. 
13. The output unit includes both a vibrating stacking table and a winding roller. Laminated sheets are automatically stacked after cutting, while continuous lamination can be collected via the winding roller.
