This is our new developed machine which is specially for the small size lid such as ice cream lid.coffee cup lid,This new design abandon the old design which need the roll equipment and pipe cutter.This completely full automatic start from paper roll into paper tube - ultrasonic seal-bottom paper insert - fold bottom-high temperature heating - Knurling-edge rolled.The whole process is safe ,environmental friendly  ,no need glue.Can save much cost during the production.The finished lid have 3 layers each side.It won't leak ,simple operation, stable properly, low occupation and high efficiency.

1.High speed auto paper plate forming machine RS-400 employs high efficient pressure air cylinder.
