In terms of performance, the TM-A machine has a maximum stripping size of 780 mm x 540 mm and a minimum stripping size of 30 mm x 30 mm. It is compactly designed, with the small model measuring 1600mm x 1600mm x 1750mm and the large model measuring 1900mm x 2100mm x 1750mm. The two models weigh 2500kg and 3200kg respectively, and are designed to withstand harsh operating environments while maintaining operational stability. The TM-A has a voltage range of 360-420V and a frequency of 50/60Hz, compatible with standard industrial power systems. The maximum rated power consumption is 9kW, and the gas consumption is only 2L/min, ensuring that operating costs are controllable.

TM Series Double heads automatic die cut stripping machine with robotic arm is designed to simplify the die cutting and stripping process and effectively replace manual labor. The integration of Taiwan double guide rails and ball screw mechanisms enables accuracy to within 0.02 mm. The entire operation is controlled by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and a touch screen human-machine interface, which simplifies the operating process and enables operators to easily complete various settings and adjustments. The TM series integrates a robotic arm, which significantly improves its operating efficiency. The robotic arm is responsible for automatically picking up the finished product and working with the conveyor system to transport it to the designated preparation area. This automation not only saves valuable time in the production process, but also minimizes the risk of human error during product handling.
