    The core system includes microcomputer, PLC, servo feeding, AC inverter, vacuum adsorption, automatic gluing, automatic paper tape counting and chain transmission to ensure accurate positioning and smooth operation.

    Feeding system: It adopts servo-controlled feeding system, sensor detection system and vacuum suction technology.

    No need to adjust the distance or replace cams of different sizes, saving time in changing molds and achieving higher precision.

    Sensors detect and control the start and stop of feeding, and wider belts are used to replace loading and unloading components to ensure smooth feeding.

    Gluing system: Equipped with water-based adhesive (glue) supply device and motor-controlled gluing system.

    The glue feeding efficiency is high, the precision is high, the carton sealing is adjustable, the device design is reasonable, the structure is compact, the operation is stable, and the cleaning is convenient.

    Add glue and replace the glue sponge easily and quickly, improving the convenience of operation.

    The finished carton discharging device includes a fully automatic paper discharging device (paper feeding, collection, stacking) and counting and fixing, which is convenient for packaging and saves labor.

    Equipped with a photoelectric fault detection system, it will automatically stop when there is no paper or paper feed is blocked, reducing consumption costs and improving safety performance.

    The standard electrical box is clearly marked for easy maintenance and management.

    The chain drive system is reinforced with a metal frame and plates for enhanced durability.

    The collection rack can be opened into three parts to facilitate the installation and debugging of molded parts.
