1.Side Guide Board
Easy adjustment side guide boards in double sides, that can control the side error in 0.5mm.
2.Photocell eye
The machine comes with front and back photocell eyes, that can control the two sides sheet deliver at same time.
3.Front Lay
Automatic front lay system that can control paper sheet feed, and make sure the front error in 0.2mm.
4.Registration roller
The diameter is 320mm, and there are three stands in side.The thickness of roller is 25mm, and undergoes heat treatment and 0.12mm thick chrome layer on the surface of roller, that make sure the rolls can run long time without shape change.
5.Solid Press Roll
Big diameter press roll in 160mm diameter, 4 pieces to make the laminating effect.
6.The rubby roller is abrasion proof and corrosion resistant. Hydraulic system to control the laminating pressure.
7.Our machine adopts Cylindrical Roller bearing, that makes the machine run in steady state.
8.Special design that makes machine easy to adjust when change the sheet thickness.

The KFMJ-1000D is a precision lamination machine designed for efficient board-to-board pasting.
◆Precision Guidance & Feeding: Equipped with easily adjustable side guides, photocell sensors, and an automatic front lay system to ensure alignment accuracy within 0.5mm (side) and 0.2mm (front).
◆Robust Lamination System: Features large-diameter, chrome-plated registration rollers (320mm) and solid press rolls (160mm) for consistent, high-pressure bonding. A hydraulic system controls laminating pressure.
◆Durable Construction: Utilizes cylindrical roller bearings for stable operation, abrasion-resistant rubber rollers, and a heat-treated, chrome-coated roller surface to maintain long-term performance without deformation.
◆Flexible & User-Friendly: Easily adjustable for different sheet thicknesses (100–1500 GSM) and offers a laminating speed range of 4–45 sheets per minute with high accuracy (0.1–0.3mm).
