Equipment introduction

Features

1. The main shaft, mold stretching, wrapping, folding-in, and bubble pressing motions are all driven by dual servo motors and cam units, ensuring quiet, stable operation and a smooth mechanical process.

2. In addition to the cam for pressing occasional bubbles, four cylinders provide extra bubble pressing force, addressing issues with thicker paper or poor glue application.

3. Each process can operate in synchronous inching mode, allowing close observation of production details and fine-tuning to optimal parameters.

4. The standard folding corner edge reaches up to 80mm, with customization available up to 150mm, controlled via an adjustable rail and cylinder system for precision.

5. A vacuum fan secures the box in place during operation, with adjustable tension to accommodate different box sizes.

6.Controlled by PLC Panasonic/Schneider, with formulas memory. It takes only 15 minutes to change to another box.

7. An imported optical grating sensor enhances operator safety by preventing operational injuries.

8. The computer-controlled system includes automatic error shutdown and display functions.

9. The table board and frame are manufactured in one pass using CNC machining, ensuring long-lasting durability. 

10.Fold ears, wrap, insert and form the box automatically in one lot.
