Economic Automatic flat bed Screen Printing Machine

The SP-AE flatbed screen printing machine is a new model independently developed by our factory, providing users with a printing solution that reduces manpower and increases efficiency. Based on the principle of platform-type vacuum adsorption, it automatically pulls the paper to the specified position for feeding, and automatically discharges the paper after printing. It can be connected to various drying equipment and automatic paper collectors to form a fully automated screen printing production line. Its printing range is wide: it can print single-color and multi-color overprints on single-sheet materials (such as: heat transfer printing on clothing accessories, ceramic painting paper, self-adhesive decals, packaging gift box decoration printing, and partial UV coating, adhesive application, window mounting).

    1. Operation Method: PLC programmable touchscreen control, full-featured, easy to operate and beginner-friendly.
    2. Paper Feeding Method: Pneumatic feeder servo paper conveyor belt for high-precision feeding of guide gauges and stops; 360° circular guide rail with servo-driven high-speed and stable operation; secondary positioning pause accuracy ≤0.05mm.
    3. Printing Power: Servo motor reciprocates the doctor blade and ink knife, ensuring precise printing stop.
    4. Printing Knife and Ink Knife: Employs SDA self-locking adjustable stroke cylinders for flexible pressure adjustment and control.
    5. Screen Assembly: Both large and small screens can be installed and removed; equipped with three manual handles for fine-tuning screen alignment.

    Connecting with downstream equipment to form a fully automated printing production line

    1. Connecting with a flip-type dryer: Suitable for automated production lines for low-temperature drying of solvent-based inks;
    2. Connecting with a UV curing machine: Suitable for automated production lines for UV ink printing;
    3. Connecting with a powder coating machine: Suitable for powder coating processes on greeting cards, the character "福" (good fortune), and paper crafts;
    4. Connecting with an intelligent robotic arm conveyor line: For partial gluing processes such as gift boxes, mobile phone boxes, paper product window pasting, and color card mounting.
